Chichah Congratulates Guwor on Emergence As Conference of Speakers Chairman.

The Senior Special Assistant (SSA) to the Delta State Governor on Community Development, Rev. Dr. Isaac Chichah JP, RDN, has congratulated the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Guwor, on his emergence as the Chairman of the Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures of Nigeria.

In a congratulatory message, Rev. Dr. Chichah described Guwor’s emergence as well-deserved, noting that his leadership qualities, legislative competence, and commitment to democratic ideals have continued to distinguish him among his peers across the country.

He stated that he was not surprised by the development, describing the Speaker as a quintessential lawmaker of inestimable value whose track record of effective representation, humility, and dedication to service made him a natural choice for the position.

According to Chichah, Guwor’s emergence is not only a personal achievement but also a moment of pride for Delta State, as it further reflects the growing influence and positive reputation of the state in national legislative affairs.
